Kenneth Perry, LCSW

Ken Perry, LCSW, received his MSW from Tulane University, specializing in clinical work with children and families. In 1990 he received a Child Welfare League of America (CWLA) National Merit award; "In recognition of outstanding leadership contribution, and dedicated service to children." In 1994, he co-authoried a chapter about foster care service delivery in a book titled, "When There's No Place Like Home." In his ongoing clinical practice, he specializes in adult psychotherapy using a develpmental perspective. He also has a background of providing family and marital therapy. In terms of his Child Welfare background, he has extensive knowledge in adolescent development, foster care, adoption, and kin-care issues. Most recently Ken has received considerable education in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
